Spring cleaning weekend

Last weekend was spent cleaning and doing lots of laundry lol

and visiting grandpa and my mum and my mum cooked fish, again lol

she has been feeding me fish every weekend that i am back :D

Sun was spent with dear's family, we had high tea~ at Zhou's kitchen.. was so full that my stomach ballooned hahah

CNY hasnt start and i've spent more than 1 K on angpows and gifts for grandpa and my parents
This will be the first year that we will be giving ang pows too

kinda exciting, this CNY will be different~

Good news!

Though it might not be enough to "encourage drastically" more couples to have kids, its still very welcomed

CNY shopping

Was done in a day LOL, for me that is.

Hubby and myself went shopping with mum and sis last weekend.
We were out from 12 onwards and back only after 9

Met them at Bugis+ had ramen champion, went shopping, dessert and then even a movie!

I was simply exhausted but glad to see mum enjoying herself.

We caught "The impossible" at Suntec too, such a tearjerker. Mum and sis were literally with swollen eyes after the show

Bought two dresses for CNY at Bugis, one for each day of visiting. Simple but sufficient, no new shoes though as I'm quite fussy with shoes. Shoes dont really last long for me.

Had new dessert! Blackball at Bugis+ which is "grassjelly" with ingredients such as yam ball, sweet potato balls, red beans etc

Weekends are always family affairs and i love my weekly gathering with my family.

Ever since i've moved out, the weekly visits are to be treasured.

It comes to a point

That climbing the corporate ladder doesnt seem that appealing to me anymore...
not at my current place that is.

gotten sick too often, too much work and too many changes.

Hang in there!

Wedding Photos

are finally back from Kent Wong Photography! After almost 3 months after the wedding

We gotten back all 700+ of it and both of us were satisfied with the outcome. Worth the wait! He captured moments and pictures that we did not notice.
We love the expressions he caught on film too~

We love the customerized deco by M Hotel too and the big reception area where guests can mingle
M hotel was able to accomodate my request to change the deco to pink and gold and we love the outcome

I had lots of compliments that day regarding my gowns and I am glad
Z Wedding was slightly expensive but i love my gowns
it took 2-3 sisters to hold my gown train that day
total of 4 gowns for the actual day and 3 different looks
mum loves the ROM look as she said i looked young LOL

New Year's eve

And both of us were so tired that we fell asleep while watching the Countdown on Channel 5.. it was that boring.
We woke up just in time to catch the fireworks on tv then promptly went back to bed after it ended. LOL

BUT we woke up early on NEW YEAR's DAY around  8+ in the morning and we went breakfast, and watched a movie and even gotten dinner back home~
